Owen W. Yax age 87 of Algonac, MI. died April 20, 2010 in the St. Johns River District Hospital.  He was born December 7, 1922 in Algonac. Mr. Yax is survived by brothers Mitchell Yax and Hugh Yax, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services 10:30 AM Friday April 23, 2010 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.  Visitation Thursday 6-9 PM.  Burial will be in the Oaklawn Cemetery, MI.
