Anthony “Skip” Menkel
age 68 of Algonac, MI. died November 16, 2010 in the St. John Hospital, Detroit. He was born September 17, 1942 in Algonac.

Skip was a member of the Iron Worker’s Local #25. He enjoyed rabbit hunting and fishing.

Mr. Menkel is survived by his children, Katy (Doug) McCullough, and Tony (Donna) Menkel, grandchildren; Emily McCullough, Brian McCullough, Jordan McCullough, and Steven Menkel, brothers, Charles “Butch” Menkel, Thomas Menkel, and Gene Sampier. Predeceased by a grandson Anthony Menkel III, and a sister Penny Braun.

Funeral services 12:00 Noon Saturday, November 20, 2010 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Visitation 10:00 AM Saturday until time of service.
